    我的最爱:色拉,土豆的

    已经来东京30多天了。在没有土豆色拉陪伴的日子里,每次在超市经过土豆面前我都会放慢脚步对他们投去深情的一瞥,为什么,你们不是煮熟剥净待加工的土豆呢?
    我在上海的时候亲手做过土豆色拉,但前道工序都是岳父岳母操作的,我只负责切煮熟剥净的土豆及其他配料,然后进行调味,搅拌,这些重要工序由我亲自完成,表明了我已经具备了制作土豆色拉的功力。
    但是到了日本之后,碍于各种因素的制约,一直过着吃煮面条饺子馄炖的日子。
    今日终于决心做土豆色拉,也是因为我的其次爱--花生酱终于吃完了,必须有新欢来添补菜单了。
    原来煮土豆不难,水开了土豆扔进去咕嘟去吧,时不时的拿筷子戳戳看看程度如何。配料当然不如在上海那么丰富了,但菜式的颜色还是不能打马虎眼,于是选取了黄瓜(比较便宜,也比较好处理)和无皮小香肠(午餐肉没见着卖)。
    忙活了1小时之后,成品如下:
     
     
    综合我长久以来的土豆色拉经验,有如下金玉良言给后来者:
    1.  土豆切不可煮过头,不然土豆色拉就成了土豆泥了。
    2.  虽然西红柿增加了红色,但西红柿水太多,很容易使整个色拉染上红色,并且变的有点稀。可以考虑胡萝卜作为红色的代表。
    3.  绿色我以前一直用煮过的青豆,这次用的黄瓜,感觉更好些,因为比较清脆,口感很好。
    4. 午餐肉其实是过苦日子时候的选择,现在的肉类还是选淀粉含量少的熟猪肉制品吧,并特别注意香肠要去皮。
    5. 不要光用色拉酱,要放盐来提高咸味,可放少许白醋提味。别的基本就不需要了。
    6. 个人不喜欢用千岛酱(就是那种偏咖啡色的酱),那是拌蔬菜色拉用的,土豆们只喜欢原味的白色色拉酱。
     
    最后我做了满满一碗的土豆色拉,放进冰箱,想着明天就能吃土豆色拉夹面包片儿了,晚上睡觉都能乐出来......

    YJTX看来本身对土豆没啥特别感觉,不然,但凡有土豆滴菜,一定能引起食欲大^O^
